We believe that a positive approach to quality should be integral to all of our internal and externally-facing peocesses:

• Quality Assurance - ISO 9001
  Staff training towards the ISO 9001 standard has comensed and we expect to achieve this internationally recognised benchmark by Bureau Veritas in the near future.
• PCG QS - Founder Members
  We are founder membrs of the Professional Contractor Group's Quality Assurance scheme (PCG-QS) which provides SMEs with a cost-effective route to certification.
• Championing "Corporate Memory"
  Wherever possible we deliver solutions that embed "Corporate Memory" into organisations using appropriate processes and supporting IT. We lerverage best practice/toolsets in areas such as: Requirement Capture, change control, configuration management, auto-testing, bug reporting, e-Learning and knowledge management - this makes our solutions "stick".
