Management

As part of of our commitment to "best of breed" thinking we will use or adapt exiswing best practice methodologies to suit the specific needs of our clients; such as:

• Programme/Portfolio Management - MSP*
  The OGC's Management of Sucessfull Programmes is fast becoming an internationalliy recognised deivery framework.
• Project Management - Prince 2*
  We have staff who are accredited in Prince 2, the Project Management methodology developed by the UK government and now widely used intnationally by both private and public sector organisations.
  
• Service Mangement - ITIL*
  We have found that a tailored version of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Libarary) meets most of our customer's needs.
