IT Development
|
Our staff are familiar with many IT development methododologies, some examples of which are:
- Iterative Development - DSDM;
DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Methodology) an iterative development method that relies on strong time-boxing for rapid and frequent deliveries.
- Iterative Development - RUP;
RUP (Rational Unified Process) is a proprietary iterative development methodology that has wide acceptance.
- Waterfall Development;
Traditional single or multiple-stage deliveries where a strong adherance to meeting requirements is required.
- Outsourced Development;
When outsourcing a development the emphasis needs to be entirely different, concentrating on requirements management, testing and service level management.
