IT Development

Our staff are familiar with many IT development methododologies, some examples of which are:

  • Iterative Development - DSDM*;
    DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Methodology) an iterative development method that relies on strong time-boxing for rapid and frequent deliveries.
  • Iterative Development - RUP**;
    RUP (Rational Unified Process) is a proprietary iterative development methodology that has wide acceptance.
  • Waterfall Development;
    Traditional single or multiple-stage deliveries where a strong adherance to meeting requirements is required.
  • Outsourced Development;
    When outsourcing a development the emphasis needs to be entirely different, concentrating on requirements management, testing and service level management.

* "DSDM" is a trademark of DSDM Ltd.

** "RUP" is a trademark of IBM/Rational Corporation.
